“Aleja Kasztanowa” is a single-family home estate situated in Młochów, 25 kilometres from the centre of Warsaw. Currently, the first stage of the project has been competed in that 41 single-family homes were built, with the entire required technical infrastructure installed. Of these, 25 have already been purchased.

The entire estate area is fence enclosed and has two entry gates, as well as parking spaces (including that for the disabled), a playground, a porter’s lodge and a brick-stone dumpster storage structure.

The houses were designed as one-storey high buildings with a residential attic, as handed over by the developer. They are fitted with:

  • central heating with a dual purpose boiler and a convection heater,
  • indoor plumbing,
  • a gas system,
  • electric wiring,
  • sewage system,

As per the design, the usable floor area of the house oscillates between 123 and 205 m2 depending on the type. The ground floor features a vestibule, an entrance hall, a living room opening into a terrace, a kitchen-linked dining room and an extra room.

The attic features three or four bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom. Depending on the house type, these can also have a cloakroom and an outbuilding.

Each building features a built-in or a detached garage, depending on the building type. In the site plan, the area of the plots is intended for residential single-family units and for basic low-environmental-impact services within the arranged estate area. Basic services are to be understood as device-based services rendered to satisfy the basic needs of the local population, as opposed to producing material goods using direct industrial methods.

The existing plans and permits provide for further 109 houses to be constructed. There are also three large commercial plots left to be developed. The remaining area of land to be developed is 75,345 m2.
